Poros Marina Up for Privatization

limaniA tender for part of the port and tourist shelter of Poros is being issued after it was included in the first group of “small ports and marinas” slated for privatization by the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), or TAYIPED in Greek.
The total area to be privatized is 6,250 square meters of upland area for uses that include ferries and fishing in the port section labeled as a “port of mixed use” and 745 sam of upland area plus 9,890 sqm. of offshore area for the marina labeled as a tourist port.
Other ports and marinas included in this first group are the Alimos marina, the tourist anchorage at New Epidaurus, and part of the port of Hydra (12,000 sqm. of upland area and 14,000 sqm. of offshore area).
